Gen Z (born after 1996) is recommended to improve their learnability and equip more skill sets to take lead in the ever-changing world of work, due to the constant challenges of labour market and digital transformation. On May 29 and June 4, ManpowerGroup Vietnam joined 2 events in the series of activities to enhance skills for Vietnamese young workforce. Our representatives, Ms. Ha Pham – HR Advisor, Ms. Ha Nguyen – Training and Recruitment Manager and Ms. Thao Dang - Staffing & Outsourcing Services Manager, had robust participation in the online seminar "Tips for an effective CV and successful interview skills" with the English Club; and the offline talk show "Gen Z In Digital Age" organized by DEL HANU Club, both were from Hanoi University. These events are opportunities for the students to listen to the valuable sharing of experienced HR professionals on CV writing skills, interview skills and the knowledge required for Gen Z in 4.0. The events were successfully held with the exciting dialogues, Q&A among speakers and more than 100 students.
