Sales Manager (China based)

COMPANY OVERVIEW: Our client – a leading Chinese fertilizer producer with 50+ years of expertise - is seeking Account Manager to expand their business in Vietnam.

JOBS RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for achieving various sales targets and tasks assigned by the company.
• Break down and formulate annual goals or adjust phased work objectives and implementation plans based on business needs.
• Develop and complete monthly product sales plans, work plans, and budgets.
• Responsible for forecasting market prices and trends of products, as well as preparing marketing strategies and plans.
• Responsible for the quotation, negotiation, and signing of sales contracts and external procurement contracts.

• Oversee the entire process of order signing and contract execution, ensuring timely communication and feedback to customers.

• Ensure timely collection of payments for all business transactions and mitigate business risks.

• Responsible for international channel development and new customer acquisition.

• Conduct customer visits and maintain customer relationships.

• Collect and organize customer information to improve customer archives.

• Promptly and properly handle customer complaints, provide active feedback to superiors, and ensure quick and effective resolution.

• Communicate and exchange knowledge with industry peers to continuously optimize sales models and business processes.

• Actively participate in training sessions organized by the company and department, and achieve training objectives.

• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in International Trade, Agriculture, Business, or related fields.
• 2 – 3 year of experiences or interested in international sales, preferably in fertilizers, agrochemicals, or bulk commodities.
• Familiarity with global fertilizer market trends, pricing mechanisms, and trade terms (INCOTERMS).
• Experience in contract negotiation, procurement, and payment terms (LC/TT).
