- Arrange shuttle bus and car services for employees, ensuring efficient and timely transportation to and from the office.
- Manage transportation schedules, addressing any issues that may arise, and continuously optimize transportation processes.
- Oversee and procure necessary items for administrative necessities, including pantry supplies, car rentals, flat rentals, and computer equipment etc,..
- Negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality of products and services.
- Coordinate office cleaning services, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies, ensuring the availability of essential items for daily operations.
- Handle the arrangement of flight tickets and airport shuttle services for employees.
- Manage hotel bookings for business travel, considering budget constraints and travel policies.
- Track and coordinate visa and work permit documentation processes in collaboration with external consultants.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
What distinguishes you:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in administrative management roles.
- Fluently in English, especially in communication (candidate will be interviewed by English)
