Responsibilities:
- Manage and control company expenses, support budget preparation, and provide monthly financial reviews.
- Oversee office supply inventory and ensure budget-conscious procurement.
- Supervise administrative services, including reception, housekeeping, security, transportation, and office maintenance.
- Coordinate internal events and ensure smooth logistics.
- Maintain and manage company assets and equipment, ensuring timely repairs and upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with workplace regulations, safety, and security measures.
- Organize and maintain document filing systems.
- Oversee fire safety, food hygiene, and health-related protocols.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
- Proficient in office software.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and administration management.
- Strong leadership, planning, organizational, and communication skills.
- Preferred: Experience in system development, cost control, and KPI implementation.
