Responsibilities:

  • Manage and control company expenses, support budget preparation, and provide monthly financial reviews.
  • Oversee office supply inventory and ensure budget-conscious procurement.
  • Supervise administrative services, including reception, housekeeping, security, transportation, and office maintenance.
  • Coordinate internal events and ensure smooth logistics.
  • Maintain and manage company assets and equipment, ensuring timely repairs and upgrades.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace regulations, safety, and security measures.
  • Organize and maintain document filing systems.
  • Oversee fire safety, food hygiene, and health-related protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
  • Proficient in office software.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and administration management.
  • Strong leadership, planning, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Preferred: Experience in system development, cost control, and KPI implementation.
