The Role:

The Asset Management and Investment will be responsible for identifying and evaluating business opportunities, and developing and implementing asset management strategies for a global portfolio.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to maximize income and optimize the value of assets.
• Manage the overall positioning of assets, enhancing cash flow and asset value.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets and reports, covering financial performance, leasing status, and rental collection.
• Collaborate closely with Property and Leasing Managers to ensure assets are well-maintained, compliant with regulations, and effectively managed.
• Build strong relationships with customers and coordinate with external parties such as government authorities and brokers.
• Manage market intelligence and gather global market/industry information to maintain the competitiveness of the company’s products and services.
• Oversee the entire investment transaction process, including origination, research, deal evaluation and structuring, financial analysis (including financial modeling), and deal execution.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Building, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in investment and asset management.
• Strong familiarity with real estate markets.
• Resourceful, analytical mindset with proficiency in financial modeling.
• Excellent teamwork, initiative, business and financial acumen, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
