Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

1. Vietnamese national

2. Minimum 4 years' post qualification experience advising on TMT matters at:

• a reputable law firm;

• an in-house counsel position with a reputable TMT industry related company; or

• a relevant government agency such as the Ministry or Department of Information and Communication (MIC or DIC)

3. Exceptional academic background with includes, at minimum, a bachelor’s degree in law;

4. Foreign work or academic experience, such as an LLM, is preferred

5. Excellent command of English (verbal and written) and the ability to communicate with foreign clients and colleagues comfortably

6. A “can do” attitude, and an enthusiastic and energetic personality

7. Good team player

8. Strong time management and project management skills

9. Strong business acumen and work ethic, and high professional standard
