What you will be in charge:

• Working closely with Board of Management, take full responsibility to provide leadership for the business strategies, investment performance, strategic direction of the fund
• Lead investment team, manage private equity deals and diverse investment portfolio
• Deal sourcing, originating and execution of private equity investments through the full cycle
• Lead on deal-related negotiations and presenting opportunities to the Investment Committee
• Other duties assigned by the CIO and/or CEO.

Who we are looking for:

• Vietnamese candidates with 10+ years of investment experience with a portfolio of of successful private equity deals at at reputable PE firms/investment banks/M&A advisory firms/corporate finance, etc.
• Strong network of business contacts within the public and private sector institutions.
• Outstanding leadership skills, initiative, judgement and strong work ethic.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, influencing and negotiating skills.
• Professional qualifications (i.e CFA, CPA, ACCA, …). Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
