- Take the initiative in sales responsibilities to grow a predetermined customer portfolio.

- Assume primary responsibility for meeting pre-established targets, including turnover, profitable growth, and total cost of ownership (TCO) components for customers.

- Evaluate customer needs and present the features and advantages of our product/service offerings to both existing and new customers.
- Acquire essential knowledge about decision-makers and the specific requirements of key customers.

- Ensure that customer data is accurate and up-to-date on systems.
- Responsible for contract renewals, price negotiations, and volume discounts to retain customers and sustain ongoing business.
- Responsible for reports detailing all relevant activities and developments related to assigned customers.
- Develop action plan to ensure target attainment.
- Take initiate to crate proactive action plans based on KPIs and targets, with input from direct manager.

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or in technical engineering.
- At least 3 years in sales with industrial automation or relevant business.
- Engineering/Technical products background and/or first sales experience; ideally experiences are in pneumatic/electrical product industry.
- Background in engineering/technical products and/or initial sales experience preferred.
- Experience in directly engaging with customers, especially in virtual/digital settings.
- Advanced English skills.
- Good in computer skills such as Microsoft office, SAP, internal Sales platforms.
