Main Responsibilities:
- Generate the pipeline for new customers through existing leads and cold calling to promote lead and revenue generation.
- Identify partners to drive expansion of our business.
- Using effective tools for daily tasks to track and report pipeline and acquisition results.
- Manage client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and attend to inquiries, complaints, issues and projects efficiently and effectively.
- Experienced in B2B Sales and account management, especially SMEs.
- Good track-record of hunting new business and sales targets.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement, and developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Strong computer literacy skills with proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong relationship management and business analytical skills.
