Main Responsibilities:

Research, analyze, and understand new projects, competitors to build and implement business strategies.

Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and profitability, while gradually building a comprehensive scope as the company expands.

Build and develop a potential team.

Develop and implement the team’s vision, objectives, and KPI system to track progress and ensure success.

Identify new opportunities and potential business models.

Set the annual operating budget and create detailed business plans, while ensuring monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue, profit, and financial targets are met.

Prepare relevant reports for the Board of Directors as required or periodically.

Perform other tasks as requested by the Board of Directors, as needed.
Requirements:

Education and knowledge:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

At least 7–12 years of experience in management, market development, team building, and project management.

Proactive, confident, positive, and able to handle high work pressure.
