- Content Creation: Develop engaging and clear training content on product features and customization options, ensuring it aligns with the needs of each target audience and can apply the product knowledge in real-world situations..
- Continuous Knowledge Update: Keep training content up-to-date with any new features and updates to the product.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with departments such as product development and customer support to ensure training content accurately reflects product features.
- Business Analysis: Ability to analyze manufacturing and finance processes to help customers apply the product effectively.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis or a related field, particularly in manufacturing and finance.
- Content Development Skills: Ability to create engaging, understandable training content that meets the needs of different audience groups.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills; English proficiency is a plus.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to think logically and analytically, with a focus on process improvement and effective training content delivery.
