Responsibilities:
Hiring Requirement:
- Prospecting new customers through existing leads and cold calling to promote lead and revenue generation.
- Ensuring the effective usage of Hubspot CRM & Trello for daily tasks to track and report pipeline and acquisition results.
- Acting as the interface between payment services provider and the customers to resolve any application processing issues.
- Guide the customers how to use the EFTPOS device and any issues related with it during their use.
Hiring Requirement:
- Previous experience in consultative B2B Sales and account management, with 3 – 5 years for Business Development Leader, or with 1 - 3 for (Senior) Business Development Executive.
- Experience in POS system/E-payment solutions/E-wallet/Fintech Solutions/Banking-Finance services is a big plus.
- A proven track-record of hunting new business and exceeding sales targets in a phone-based environment.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Strong computer literacy skills with proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong relationship building skills.
- A passion for onboarding new customers and curiosity to grow as a person.
- An understanding of the Small Business segment.
