1. Key responsibilities:

• Identify & source land bank, industrial real estate projects from local business partners; Property acquisition from private 3rd parties, land owners
• Manage land grants/bank and projects acquisition processes; Seek out new real estate business development opportunities for multiple sites development.
• Establish and implement an integrated strategic planning process for business development; Coordinate and implements marketing plans designed to identify and capture new business opportunities;  maximize the utilization and revenue from land & assets.

2. What distinguishes you:

• Must have eight years of experience in business development/investment for landbank sourcing and real estate/logistics project acquisition. Strong government network.
• Strong local network and channels; Experiences in industrial development and logistic real estate industries
• Experiences in major real estate developers or real estate agencies. Strong understanding for logistic real estate business, economics, and underwriting.
• Outgoing, self-motivated, and excellent people skills. Strong sense and understanding on government approval process.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English (must)
