Responsible in offering the best and practical solutions to the clients, understanding client’s needs and how value can be added to all clients. Ensure long term relationships with clients through the provision of outstanding services in order to achieve the required financial outcomes.


1. Business Development

  • Identifying business opportunities and targeted market sector to grow Manpower business Direct business development activities including identifying strategic Business accounts; establishing sale pipeline and client approaching plan, participating in global / regional / national tender bids, making presentation and sales visits, sharing client information with other areas the country doing cross selling activities;

  • Develop effective relationships with major & level 1 clients to achieve organizational growth objectives

  • Maintain networking activities and represent the organization at local conventions, seminars and official occasions, and liaise with other organizations (e.g. customers, industry associations and government representatives

Key Performance Indicators

  • Growth in number of associates

  • Growth in the number of clients invoiced

  • Achieve company and business targets

2. Client Management

  • Work with the client to develop and implement cost saving / process efficiencies for new sites

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships with the major clients and support the area, through promotions and face-to-face visits

  • In collaboration with Operation Managers to implement and maintain account management strategies, which include: call cycle as per business
    requirements and effective and reliable process for the sharing of client business intelligence.

  • Support operation team in handling critical issue that impacts to delivery of service or relationship with client

  • Expansion of business activities with the client

  • Account management strategy adhered to

3. Finance Management

  • Management of Expenses and corrective actions

  • Achieve annual target and progress towards achievement of the Three Year Plan


  • 5 + years of B2B sales experience in MNCs

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Very good communication

  • Fluent English

  • Professional manner


  • Relevant HR services sales and HR operations qualification

  • Specialist recruitment experience

  • Understanding of various technology solutions utilized in procurement, and experience in bidding process
