Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Business Growth:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the rooftop solar sector.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and emerging trends in renewable energy.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand market presence and achieve sales targets.

Sales & Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Manage the entire sales process, including lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Provide ongoing support and account management for existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Partnership Development:
- Collaborate with local and international partners to create new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry associations, government bodies, and regulatory agencies.

Financial Analysis & Proposal Preparation:
- Prepare and present detailed financial proposals, cost-benefit analyses, and return-on-investment reports for potential customers.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and financing solutions tailored to client needs.

Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with engineering, operations, and project management teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams to finalize competitive contracts and policies.

Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, permitting requirements, and industry standards.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market conditions.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the renewable energy or solar industry.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of the rooftop solar market, including technical, financial, and regulatory aspects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze financial data and create compelling business proposals.
- Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and other sales-related software.
