- Seek out potential clients on e-commerce platforms, with a focus on TikTok Shop brands, to propose partnerships, engage with them, and schedule meetings via email, phone, or in-person.
- Aid in onboarding customers from e-commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada) onto Passio Ecomobi’s system.
- Cultivate relationships with customers, pinpoint their needs to propel sales growth.
- Communicate effectively with customers, including global clients (Southeast Asia, Korea, China, etc.).
- Follow up, connect with, and establish relationships with potential customers who have shown interest in the company.
- Act as the primary point of contact and bridge between partners and internal teams to resolve collaboration issues.
- Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as marketing and operations, to ensure publishers have the necessary tools and resources for success.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 3-5 years in Sales, Business Development, or Partnerships within fields such as Marketing Agency, Affiliate Marketing, Livestreaming, or companies primarily operating in e-commerce or technology domains.
- Proficiency in planning, market research, negotiation, problem-solving, multitasking, and effective communication.
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop/Livestream shopping trends is a plus.
- Demonstrates high levels of responsibility, energy, diligence, and a results-driven approach.
