Responsibilities:
- Evaluate pharmaceutical industry trends and opportunities to formulate a commercial strategy for company
- Approach senior pharmaceutical industry decision-makers at MNC and Tier 2 pharmaceutical companies in Vietnam to understand their needs and pain-points with regards to marketing, branding and market intelligence
- Adapt company's digital marketing service offerings to align with needs of pharmaceutical companies and develop new service propositions
- Contribute to pricing strategy formulation based on customer willingness to pay and competitive benchmarking
- Prepare commercial proposals and sales collateral.
- Lead price negotiations and close deals / win service contracts
- Oversee execution of contracts / projects and reporting to clients
- Develop key accounts and manage them to maximize customer lifetime value and repeat orders
- Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Pharmacy or other related majors.
- A minimum of 10 years of working experience in mid or senior management levels at reputed pharmaceutical companies in Vietnam in commercial or marketing roles
- Knowledge of relevant laws and policies in the Vietnamese medical and pharmaceutical industries is preferred.
- Strong network among the Vietnamese and/or international medical community including HCOs, KOLs and regulators.
- Good business acumen.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good command of English and native fluency in Vietnamese.
- Inquisitive, organized, proactive and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage high levels of ambiguity.
