As a Business Development Manager, Enterprise Accounts, Outsourcing & Staffing service of HCMC, your main responsibility is to growth Enterprise accounts portfolio as well as growing number of associates. You will work closely with Operation Manager.
Your will be responsible for sales target achievement and liaise with operation team to draw best pricing proposal to win client. The success of this role will be dependent upon building and maintaining effective relationships with clients and developing a strong sales pipeline with diverse client portfolio.
Leadership of continuous improvement to meet organizational performance and embodying ManpowerGroup’s values and vision are key as the role is pivotal in achieving organizational objectives.
*ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Client Management
Work with the client to develop and implement cost saving / process efficiencies for new sites.
Resolution of escalations from the client and customers relating to service delivery
Develop and maintain strong client relationships with the major clients and support the area, through promotions and face-to-face visits
Develop and implement work processes that improve the operations within the Business Unit Implement and monitor activities designed to attract and retain our employees
Prepare and conduct monthly service reviews as per contractual compliance
Be the single point of contact for the contract liaising directly with the contract owner and procurement manager as required; Develop and maintain strong relationships with Major Client’s senior management and sponsors

2. Business Development
In collaboration with Sales Director, Country Manager retain and extent current and contractual agreement with Major Clients
Foster and maintain relationships with Major Client management
Identify, develop & secure new opportunities within the accounts
Conduct corporate sales & service presentations
Prepare tender renewal documents, proposals and business submissions using bid guidelines
Communicate business development activities to senior management & field staff
Proactively market and sell the full range of services provided by Manpower
Support Major Clients across the Asia Pacific region as needed

8 – 10 years experienced in Sales/ Business Development
Experience in Outsourcing field is a plus
Professional in Microsoft Office operation
Excellence in four skills of English language
