Position Overview: The Business Development Manager involves developing strategies for automation in packaging, transportation, and sorting, as well as identifying potential clients and sales channels. Responsibilities include market research, competitor analysis, and collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in Automation or related fields, strong client relationship skills, and the ability to analyze market trends and work independently.
Main Responsibilities
- Research and propose development strategies for industries and fields, including:
- Packaging solutions: Primary packaging, Secondary packaging, Tertiary packaging
- Solutions for transportation, storage, conveyors, automated guided vehicles, etc.
- Sorting solutions, product classification, and distribution.
- Implement activities to approach potential customers, including factories and workshops.
- Develop product and industry plans aligned with the company’s strategic business direction.
- Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and study partner brands to develop a suitable market expansion plan.
- Propose and identify sales channels to reach target market segments and potential customers.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to filter and evaluate potential sales opportunities.
- Execute tasks as directed by the Board of Directors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or related fields).
- 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in business English.
- Strong customer relationship, market research, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
