Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive sales and market expansion for our rooftop solar solutions. The BDM will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and closing deals that contribute to the company’s revenue growth. This role requires strong commercial acumen, technical understanding of solar energy solutions, and a proven track record in B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Sales:

Identify and develop new business opportunities for rooftop solar projects in the commercial and industrial (C&I) sectors.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, investors, and partners.

Drive the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to contract closure.

Develop and present tailored proposals, business cases, and financial models to potential clients.
2. Market Research & Strategy:

Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the solar energy sector.

Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to enhance brand positioning and increase market share.

Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies in solar photovoltaics (PV).
3. Financial & Contract Management:

Work closely with finance and legal teams to structure commercial offers, including Power Purchase Agreements (PPA), leasing, and direct sales models.

Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and project financing options with clients.

Ensure profitable deal structuring that aligns with company revenue targets and risk management policies.
