Supporting sale teams for administrative works, preparing contract and proposal, researching market information and lead generation, update monthly sales events and reports.

​*JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales activities

  • Completing administrative works of sales team

  • Researching market for lead generation

  • Call/ email to verify lead information

Admin tasks

  • Data Input

  • Updating sale reports

  • Updating networking / HR / sale events to sales team

  • Others as needed.

​

*JOB REQUIREMENT

  • 03- 06 months of experienced in sales, data input, administrative or marketing is preferable

  • Attention to detail

  • Good follow up skills

  • Good communication skills

  • Professional in Microsoft Office (excel, word, PowerPoint)

  • Intermediate level in English.
