MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Developing and Implementing HR Strategies Aligned with Business Goals

  • Ensure a flexible organizational model that supports business growth and expansion.

  • Apply the HRBP model for each strategic unit to optimize human resource management.

Talent Acquisition & Development

  • Develop recruitment and talent development strategies.

  • Ensure leadership training and development programs align with succession planning.

  • Enhance recruitment effectiveness and build a strategic workforce.

Performance & Corporate Culture

  • Implement the OKRs system and performance evaluation based on an outcome-driven model.

  • Foster a creative, flexible, and results-oriented work culture.

  • Optimize employee experience to improve engagement and satisfaction.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

  • Over 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.

  • Deep understanding of HR strategies in the entertainment, media, or large-scale corporate sectors.

  • Expertise in HRBP models, OKRs, and human performance optimization methods.

  • Strong leadership, strategic planning, and HR management skills.

  • Proven ability in recruitment, training, and talent development.

  • Experience in building corporate culture and enhancing employee experience.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and senior leadership collaboration skills.
