Talent Acquisition & Development

Develop recruitment and talent development strategies.

Ensure leadership training and development programs align with succession planning.

Enhance recruitment effectiveness and build a strategic workforce.
Performance & Corporate Culture

Implement the OKRs system and performance evaluation based on an outcome-driven model.

Foster a creative, flexible, and results-oriented work culture.

Optimize employee experience to improve engagement and satisfaction.
MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

Over 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.

Deep understanding of HR strategies in the entertainment, media, or large-scale corporate sectors.

Expertise in HRBP models, OKRs, and human performance optimization methods.

Strong leadership, strategic planning, and HR management skills.

Proven ability in recruitment, training, and talent development.

Experience in building corporate culture and enhancing employee experience.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and senior leadership collaboration skills.
