Role Overview
Our Client is seeking a forward-thinking and dynamic Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing strategy, branding efforts, and customer engagement. The CMO will play a crucial role in driving business growth, innovation, and cultural transformation across the organization.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy, ensuring strong brand positioning in the retail.

Oversee the planning and implementation of digital marketing, media campaigns, creative direction, and customer service strategies.

Lead and develop a team of professionals across various functions (Digital, Media, Creative, CRM, Events, CS).

Work closely with cross-functional departments and senior leadership to align marketing objectives with business goals.

Strengthen CRM initiatives and customer engagement strategies.

Manage brand development, offline/online campaigns, and event activations.

Monitor and analyze marketing performance based on KPIs and OKRs.

Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
Key Requirements

Fluent in English (both verbal and written).

Proven innovation mindset with the ability to drive creative strategies and out-of-the-box solutions.

Minimum Director or C-level experience in F&B services or eCommerce industries.

Strong expertise in CRM, branding, and event management.

Open-minded, collaborative, and culturally adaptable leader.

Preferred age range: born in the 1980s to 1990s.
