Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM


Role Overview

Our Client is seeking a forward-thinking and dynamic Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing strategy, branding efforts, and customer engagement. The CMO will play a crucial role in driving business growth, innovation, and cultural transformation across the organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy, ensuring strong brand positioning in the retail.

  • Oversee the planning and implementation of digital marketing, media campaigns, creative direction, and customer service strategies.

  • Lead and develop a team of professionals across various functions (Digital, Media, Creative, CRM, Events, CS).

  • Work closely with cross-functional departments and senior leadership to align marketing objectives with business goals.

  • Strengthen CRM initiatives and customer engagement strategies.

  • Manage brand development, offline/online campaigns, and event activations.

  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance based on KPIs and OKRs.

  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.


Key Requirements

  • Fluent in English (both verbal and written).

  • Proven innovation mindset with the ability to drive creative strategies and out-of-the-box solutions.

  • Minimum Director or C-level experience in F&B services or eCommerce industries.

  • Strong expertise in CRM, branding, and event management.

  • Open-minded, collaborative, and culturally adaptable leader.

  • Preferred age range: born in the 1980s to 1990s.
