• Involve technical discussions with business and technical decision-makers, including detailing technical specifications, recommendations, product road maps, deployment, and third-party integrations.
• Develop strategic relationships with stakeholders to understand a customer’s business and develop strategic road maps.
• Lead business reviews and executive sessions to better understand the business and technical needs.
• Demonstrated capability to handle Proof of Concept and solution demonstrations.
• Work with Xebia Customers to develop and maintain a Cloud adoption and resource optimization roadmap.
• Communicate proactively with customers regarding product information, strategic product plans, recommendations and product road maps
• Maintain effective working relationships with assigned Xebia customers.
• Significant and progressive experience in industry in developing or delivering Cloud engagements across industries.

Required Skills:
• 5-10 years of IT industry experience.
• Hands-on experience on AWS Cloud services, not necessarily limited to ones below

• Hands-on experience with Terraform
• Good knowledge of building tools like Jenkins
• Good hands-on knowledge of CI/CD processes (ArgoWorkflow, GitHub actions, Git Lab CI)
• Good hands-on knowledge of infra monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana etc.
• Good hands-on knowledge of logging tools like FluentD, Logstash, FluentBit etc
• Strong shell scripting knowledge, Python will be good to have
• Good knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
• Robust understanding of highly available application architectures on cloud
• Experience in defining new architectures and ability to drive an independent project from an architectural standpoint.
• Experience in defining new architectures and ability to drive project from architecture standpoint
• Knowledge of best practices and market trends pertaining to Cloud and overall industry to provide thought leadership (seminars, whitepapers etc.,) and mentor team to build necessary competency
• Design the HA / DR strategies Setup process, services and tools around the cloud.
