Key responsibilities:
  • Create, finalize, and execute tailored client engagements and projects, offering valuable assessments, strategies, and technology roadmaps across company diverse service portfolio, with the aim of advancing modernization initiatives.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with key client decision-makers, build a robust sales pipeline, and initiate deals with top-tier executives. Take charge of pursuit teams and actively participate in proposal development and negotiation. If possible, leverage prior connections to expand business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with existing account team leaders to facilitate account planning.
  • Contribute deep industry-specific or technical expertise, sharing success stories and insights on IT modernization.
  • Identify opportunities to both establish and expand our presence – leverage consulting entry points to drive larger, transformative initiatives.
Must-Have Requirements:
  • Proven track record as a C-Level Executive with a history of successfully closing multimillion-dollar deals for major enterprise clients within sectors such as Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, and Telecommunications or similar.
  • Demonstrated capability to structure intricate, multi-competency deals spanning company full-service portfolio (e.g., Cloud, Applications, Data AI, Network, Data Center, Security or Digital Workplace Services)
  • Extensive experience and a recent track record in IT Infrastructure Service Consulting or IT Management Consulting with reputable regional or global consulting firms, showing both delivery and business development accomplishments.
  • Strong background combining consulting, sales, and delivery, including experience in delivering workshops, assessments, strategies, roadmaps, designs, and deployment plans.
  • Proven history of designing and executing client transformation initiatives to drive strategic, optimization, and modernization goals.
  • A track record of fostering and expanding client relationships with a focus on executive engagement, coupled with the ability to present strategic content and drive transformation initiatives across a wide range of stakeholders (executives, technical teams, etc.)
  • Specialized and in-depth knowledge of technology and IT trends, challenges, solutions, market dynamics, competition, and peer group activities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in creating business cases with return-on-investment analysis.
  • Experience in the development, iteration, refinement, negotiation, and closure of SoW.
  • Extensive experience working with leading cloud service providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, and GCP) on large-scale optimization, migration, and modernization projects. Familiarity with their methodologies, partnership opportunities, and cloud capabilities.
  • Understanding and articulation of the vision for modern engineering (e.g., agile, cloud-native, DevOps) and operations (e.g., observability, automated response, SRE, etc.), along with the ability to outline a path toward a target operating model encompassing people, processes, and tools.
