​Responsibilities:

Conduct qualitative and quantitative sensory and consumer researches to drive product innovation and superiority across ASIA markets. This includes leading small-scale consumer research programs autonomously, especially internal testing to be conducted in the site and supporting AMEA Consumer Science lead to execute low-complexity regional or global consumer science projects, deliver trainings to Science Hub and R&D teams.

  • Collaborate with client and teams to design and execute research projects tailored to product development needs.

  • Provide actionable insights to guide product innovation and improvement.

  • Evaluate product performance through sensory and consumer testing.

  • Manage internal sensory program and researches to enhance sensory capability internally.

  • Analyze sensory and consumer research data to identify trends and opportunities and prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders.

  • Stay updated on market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscapes in the ASIA region.

  • Stay abreast of new and novel sensory science, consumer research methods and approaches

  • Share insights to inform strategic decision-making.

Project Management:

  • Day to day project related client liaison – being a point of contact for clients on confirmed projects.

  • Manage multiple research projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals

Requirements:

  • Min. 5 years experience or more in consumer research, products testing and sensory testing in any FMCG or consumer health categories.

  • Good to have experience or familiar in running sensory lab operations including panelist training, maintenance, and execution of studies

  • Familiar with developing product demos, strong interest in translating science to consumer language and visuals

  • Familiar with using Compusense, SPSS or similar software.

  • Min university degree in life sciences, sensory science, social science and related degrees

  • Good command of English, presentation, data storytelling and influencing skills

  • Proactive team collaborator and demonstrates challenger mindsets
