We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Country Head of Sales (Networking & Cybersecurity) to lead the commercial function in Vietnam for a growing ICT company. This leadership role is responsible for shaping the sales vision, driving business development, and expanding market presence across the country.
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with strong market insights, an established network, and a proven track record of delivering revenue growth in a complex enterprise software sales solutions environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, inspire, and develop high-performing sales and business development teams to consistently exceed business targets.
  • Define and execute go-to-market strategies to drive customer acquisition, market share growth, and brand positioning in Vietnam.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key enterprise clients, end-users, and strategic partners across core industries such as finance, telecom, healthcare, and education.
  • Manage and grow key accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling the company’s products and services.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer insights to inform data-driven sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal functions (product, marketing, operations) to deliver integrated solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Provide accurate forecasts, business reports, and strategic updates to senior leadership.
  • Recruit, coach, and retain top sales talent, fostering a performance-driven and collaborative culture.
  • Represent the company at key industry events, client meetings, and partner engagements across Vietnam.
Requirements:
  • At least 12 years’ experience in enterprise software solutions sales, including at least 3-5 years in a senior sales leadership role from enterprise software companies, distributors or system integrators within the ICT industry.
  • Proven success in managing complex B2B sales cycles and leading teams to achieve commercial goals.
  • Strong understanding of Vietnam’s ICT landscape, with exposure to multiple verticals (finance, telecom, healthcare, education, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to engage C-level stakeholders, negotiate high-value deals, and build long-term partnerships.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
  • Business proficiency in English (verbal and written) is required.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Vietnam. Possession of a personal vehicle is preferred.
  • Candidates with an extensive professional network in the ICT sector will be strongly preferred.
