Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute the country-specific business strategy in alignment with global objectives
• Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective planning and execution
• Manage and lead cross-functional teams, ensuring high performance and engagement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, laws, and corporate policies
• Prepare and present regular reports on business performance to senior management
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and operational efficiency
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Proven experience in a senior management role, preferably in automation equipment
• Strong understanding of the local market, cultural nuances, and business practices
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in English is required
