Responsibilities: 
  • Oversee sales revenue, as well as profit and loss statements.
  • Communicate with the head office and prepare quarterly and annual reports.
  • Manage all business operations within a specific country.
  • Handle operational budget management.
  • Conduct thorough research on the country or region and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Perform in-depth market research to gather comprehensive insights.
  • Build strong professional relationships with local clients, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor performance across all levels and arrange training when necessary.
  • Adapt the business model to align with local culture while maintaining the company’s core identity.
  • Develop and implement a robust brand strategy to ensure consistency.
  • Uphold a positive public image of the organization at all times.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of the country/region with a keen interest in learning more.
  • Capable of delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Effective people-management abilities.
  • Can speak English well.
  • Awareness and sensitivity to diverse cultural norms.
  • Native Vietnamese speaker with previous experience working in or with local Vietnamese companies.
