*JOB OVERVIEW:

The job holder is responsible to interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.

*RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

  • Respond promptly to customer’s inquiries.

  • Communicate with customers through various channels: telephone, electronically or face to face

  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints, provide customer info

  • Clearly understand our products to answer customer’s questions.

  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.

  • Ensure the customer satisfaction.

  • Other tasks as assigned.

*REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent English

  • Good communication skills

  • Good inter personal skills

  • Good customer service mindset

  • Experienced in the same role is an advantage
