*JOB OVERVIEW:
The job holder is responsible to interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
*RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Respond promptly to customer’s inquiries.
Communicate with customers through various channels: telephone, electronically or face to face
Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints, provide customer info
Clearly understand our products to answer customer’s questions.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
Ensure the customer satisfaction.
Other tasks as assigned.
