Responsibility:

• Monitor the team activities daily
• Arrange suitable jobs for each staff
• Control and solve any OPS dept issues/ conflicts if any
• Have the right to propose to BOD the new plan to improve customer service & good performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree : College or University
• Knowledge : Forwarding or Logistics
• Good command in English : B Level
• Good Computer skills (MS Office) : Word, Excel, Power point
• Budget control
• Sales Skills
• Min. 3 years – experience of OPS Assistant Manager or Manager in Forwarding or Logistics
