Key Responsibilities
• Researching and providing legal advice on relevant matters with respect to real estate, investment, land law…
• Working on the legal due diligence of real estate projects for acquisition purposes.
• Drafting, negotiating legal terms and conditions of agreements with related partners.
• Settling all the contractual issues raised during acquisition, development of the projects (if any).
• Working with the local government officers to obtain the investment approvals.
• Working with the investment team, finance team, and other teams during the investment and development of projects.
• Keeping up-to-date on changes in Vietnamese law and regulations relevant to the company's operations.
• Managing relationships with external legal counsel and government agencies.
• Carrying out other tasks assigned by Board of Management/BOD.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Graduated from Law University, Master degree is preferable.
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of law in the areas of Real Estate, Corporate, Finance.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in-house legal counsel or an associate in reputable lawfirm.
• Solid experience in Land Law and Enterprise Law.
• Comfortable dealing with both foreigners and investors
• Humble, careful, detailed and organized personalities.
• Strong analytical and problems solving skills.
• Ability to work under high pressure.
• Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English (speaking and writing).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
