The Deputy Office Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the executive team in managing the company's day-to-day operations, with a particular focus on developing environmental and energy-related projects.
Key Responsibilities:
External Relations:
- Build partnerships: Seek, connect, and maintain partnerships with strategic partners to develop the market. Build strong relationships with relevant government agencies (Ministry of Industry and Trade, Ministry of Construction, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, etc.) to stay updated on policies, administrative procedures, and resolve arising issues.
- Represent the company: Represent the company at events, workshops, and conferences.
- Manage external relationships: Manage external relationships, especially with government agencies, partners, and customers in the environment and energy sector.
- Financial management: Support the accounting department in budget management, cost tracking, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- Compliance monitoring: Monitor and ensure compliance with legal, environmental, and occupational safety regulations.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the executive team.
Requirements:
- Technical skills: Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), project management software, and office productivity tools.
- Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to changes in the business environment, technology, and market.
- Language skills: Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Professional knowledge: Strategic vision for the energy and environmental market. Understanding of industry trends and government policies. Ability to develop and implement long-term investment strategies.
- Education: University degree in business administration, engineering, or related fields.
- Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Preference for candidates with experience working in environmental or energy companies. Experience working in the liquefied natural gas (LNG) industry is a significant advantage.
- Candidates must have the ability to build and maintain effective partnerships with government agencies.
