Key Responsibilities:

Digital Customer Acquisition:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to attract and acquire new customers.
- Optimize digital advertising campaigns, including PPC, SEO, email marketing, and social media, to maximize ROI.
- Analyze user data and behavior to refine targeting and improve conversion rates.

Mobile Banking App Management:
- Oversee the development, maintenance, and operation of the bank's mobile app.
- Collaborate with the IT department and third-party vendors to ensure the app's functionality, security, and user experience.
- Regularly update the app with new features, improvements, and bug fixes.

App Strategy Development:
- Formulate a comprehensive strategy to increase the app's user base and usage.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling banking products and services through the app.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.

Customer Engagement:
- Create and execute engagement campaigns within the app, including in-app messaging and push notifications.
- Implement loyalty programs and incentives to retain and reward active users.
- Monitor app reviews and ratings, addressing customer feedback and concerns promptly.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Use data analytics tools to track app performance, user engagement, and conversion rates.
- Generate reports and insights to inform decision-making and adjust strategies as needed.
- Work closely with data analysts to extract actionable insights from customer data.

- Ensure that the mobile app complies with all relevant banking regulations and security standards.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of finance and banking products.
- Proficiency in mobile app development and management.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
