Key Responsibilities:

  1. Digital Customer Acquisition:

    • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to attract and acquire new customers.
    • Optimize digital advertising campaigns, including PPC, SEO, email marketing, and social media, to maximize ROI.
    • Analyze user data and behavior to refine targeting and improve conversion rates.
  2. Mobile Banking App Management:

    • Oversee the development, maintenance, and operation of the bank's mobile app.
    • Collaborate with the IT department and third-party vendors to ensure the app's functionality, security, and user experience.
    • Regularly update the app with new features, improvements, and bug fixes.
  3. App Strategy Development:

    • Formulate a comprehensive strategy to increase the app's user base and usage.
    • Identify opportunities for cross-selling banking products and services through the app.
    • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
  4. Customer Engagement:

    • Create and execute engagement campaigns within the app, including in-app messaging and push notifications.
    • Implement loyalty programs and incentives to retain and reward active users.
    • Monitor app reviews and ratings, addressing customer feedback and concerns promptly.
  5. Data Analysis and Reporting:

    • Use data analytics tools to track app performance, user engagement, and conversion rates.
    • Generate reports and insights to inform decision-making and adjust strategies as needed.
    • Work closely with data analysts to extract actionable insights from customer data.
  6. Compliance and Security:

    • Ensure that the mobile app complies with all relevant banking regulations and security standards.
    • Collaborate with compliance and security teams to address any issues promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
  • Strong understanding of finance and banking products.
  • Proficiency in mobile app development and management.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to devise innovative marketing strategies.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
