Team & Role Introduction:
As LazMall Operations, the incumbent will be responsible to support the LazMall strategy to coordinate and execute end-to-end operations of current projects & drive the roll out of new projects aiming to improve LazMall overall and drive sales.
Job Description:
• Working time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
• Plan, implement, and monitor strategic projects for direct commercial impact (GMV and Profitability MoM
growth).
• Manage and improve initiatives throughout its duration; then conduct performance analysis to ensure progress toward the project's target and identify expansion opportunities.
• Closely work with cross-functional teams to pilot and implement new initiatives to grow commercially and counter competitors.
• Resolve, debottleneck issues and ensure initiatives are appropriately executed
• Design, drive, and evaluate Mall-wide campaign initiatives to secure/ increase market share and achieve commercial goals.
• Collaborate with Local/Regional Campaign & MKT team to implement new projects and initiatives for Local LazMall brands.
• Manage and optimize workflow to streamline ongoing projects' processes and improve workload efficiency.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree;
• At least 1 to 2 years of work experience, ideally in eCommerce or high-growth industries
• Have good communication skills to persuade stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills and problem – solving skill; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and strong attention to detail
• Quickly adapt to new changes in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and proven ability of data-driven decision-making
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint
