Key Responsibilities
- Provide market insights and develop strategic plans for business expansion and operational optimization in the online environment to drive growth.
- Plan and manage campaigns and daily sales performance to achieve annual sales and profit targets.
- Oversee PSI forecasting with relevant teams to minimize sales loss due to supply shortages and prevent profit loss from excess inventory.
- Lead new product launches and coordinate pricing strategies to avoid channel conflicts.
- Monitor and optimize expenses while tracking KPIs such as conversion rates, ROI, and customer reviews to enhance business efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Align pricing and promotional strategies with cross-functional teams to create synergy across OMRON’s business.
- Analyze, track, and review weekly sales performance for continuous improvement.
