Job Summary: The Europe HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management in Europe, including but not limited to recruitment, performance management and employee relations. This role will play a critical part in driving employee engagement in the European market, linking Headquarters and the Department of the European Region

Key Responsibilities:
•Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in Europe. Manage the entire recruitment process from candidate selection and onboarding.
•Performance Management: Help to set clear performance goals and expectations for employees and conduct regular performance appraisals. Provide coaching and guidance to managers on how to effectively manage and develop their teams.
•Employee Relations: Establish and maintain positive relationships with employees across the region. Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
•HR Assistant for Headquarters: Manage employee records and data, Help deliver HR policies and procedures of headquarters and other HR related requested by Headquarters.

Qualifications:
•Proven track record in talent acquisition and performance management.
•Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
•Stability of employee is considered
•A team-player, self-motivated, hard-working and be able to work under pressure
•Eligible to work in the Europe without needing to be sponsored work permit
