I. PRIMARY DUTIES: 

1/ Developing Talent Supply 

  • Evaluates the current and future resource and talent levels to identify & determine short & medium-term strengths, gaps, and recruitment needs. 

  • Collaborates with the Talent Acquisition team responsible for making/updating job descriptions, managing the recruitment process & transaction in the system, and ensuring the availability of suitable talent for business needs while being compliant to company & regional HR protocols and procedures. 

  • Takes charge of headcount planning and organizational structure adjustments at both location and functional levels to continually enhance productivity and efficiency. 

  • Ensures the timely and appropriate allocation of resources to the right roles and locations. 

  • Partners with the Talent Acquisition team to create effective talent mapping strategies for improved talent pool management. 

2/ Nurturing Talent Growth 

  • Designs development programs and monitors the annual career path process, as well as facilitate people managers to ensure the proper implementation upon company’s framework and process timeline. 

  • Comprehends the talent strategy, actively participates in the workforce planning process, collaborates with the Head of HR and stakeholders to define priorities, and follows up with people managers to align talent initiatives with the talent strategy and annual goals. 

  • Establishes strong relationships with high-performing and high-potential employees (non-manager level), gaining insights and providing support. 

3/ General Administration and Total Rewards Management 

  • Oversees and provides guidance to the General Administration team as required, to resolve issues related to office management (facilities, property management) and other administrative matters. 

  • Ensures the flawless execution of policies, practices, and processes in full compliance with local regulations and company standards. 

  • Manages the communication and implementation of performance and reward policies and processes. 

  • Follows and enhances job levels, performance, and reward systems, offering recommendations for structural changes or adjustments to remain market positioning. 

4/ Enhancing Employee Engagement 

  • Cultivates and fosters a productive, open, empowering, safe, & equitable culture and working environment, as well as coaching others to align their decisions and behaviors with company’s management, leadership & corporate business principles. 

  • Support HRBP Managers to encourage partnered Line Managers to participate in Employee engagement survey and activities in their Functions. 

  • Main in charge of company employee events such as Year End Party, Running Program, Factory Outing Trip, Manager’s Day with Employee Engagement team, by aligning with HR, to boost employee morale and drive cultural transformation. 

5/ Training and Development 

  • Assists the Head of HR in collaboration with Line Managers to identify training needs for non-managerial employees, addressing areas for skill improvement to help the organization achieve its business objectives. 

  • Follows up on post-training evaluations and development plans. 

  • Provides input to the Head of HR when justifying promotions for all non-managerial employees. 

 

II. JOB REQUIREMENTS 

  • Bachelor's degree 

  • Minimum of 5 years in a similar or identical role with a track record of success  

  • Proficient in interviewing, selection, and performance management. 

  • Proficient in both Vietnamese and English communication (both spoken and written). 

  • Sharp business acumen and general HR knowledge 

  • Strong foundational knowledge in compensation and benefits and talent management. 

  • Comprehensive understanding of legal, compliance, safety, and regulatory issues related to HR processes in a factory/manufacturing environment. 

  • Strong negotiation & influencing skills. 

  • Strong people skills and interpersonal abilities. 

  • Possesses a business partnering mindset and effective communication abilities. 

  • Self-driven, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement. 

Preferred: 
  • University graduated in human resources 

  • Candidates with a background in FMCG Manufacturing (Personal Care & Home Care) 

  • Innovative and creative thinking skills  

 

III. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 

  • At least 3 rounds of interview (1st phone screening, 2 offline interviews in VSIP, Binh Duong) 

  • On board ASAP (preferred) & Working from Mon-Fri (8AM - 4:30PM) & 2 Sats/month

  • Leadership skill (manages 6 employees of TA, C&B, Admin, EE) 

  • Experience as main person in charge for company’s events 

  • Free daily lunches
