JOB DESCRIPTION:

About the role As a Finance Business Partner – Contract & Processes Champion at E-commerce Industry, the role is to provide supports and advices to business partners, protecting and creating value. The role will report to Senior FBP Manager – Retail with high level responsibilities as followed:

• Managing contract status and processes

• Working with various partners to provide visibility on trade margin & marketing fund statuses.

• Monthly closing & rolling forecast on trade margin & marketing fund, promotion & voucher planning.

• On-needed-basis tasks to improve process & investment efficiency & effectiveness

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree (knowledge of Accounting is a plus)

• 1+ years of financial/business analysis working experience

• Interest in e-commerce business

• Willing to be hands-on and advanced proficiency in Excel, Power Point & Word is a must

• Exceptional analytical and numerical skills

• Comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic environment

• Fluency in English
