*JOB OVERVIEW

The Footwear Product Costing Analystis responsible for managing and optimizing product costs throughout the footwear creation cycle by analyzing cost drivers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring accurate cost documentation. The role also involves evaluating factory performance, driving cost efficiency, and supporting continuous improvement in costing practices

*Work Location: Metropolitan Office, 235 Dong Khoi, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, HCMC
Period: 06 months fixed – term contract
Working day: Mon - Fri
Benefits:
• Gross salary (Max cap): 34,000,000 VND
• 13th month (project bonus): pro-date salary for 2025 (working until end of contract date)

Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Seasonal Product Cost Management
a. Provide day-to-day costing expertise and on demand costing support during product creations cycles to actively manage cost drivers in the Cost Breakdown (CBD) sheet. This includes detailed review, analysis of documentation, and actual manufacturing processes for complete, accurate, and optimized product costing.
b. Lead seasonal deep dive analysis on FOB variations between sample rounds and finals, identify the critical gaps and present findings to Product Team through seasonal share outs.
c. Influence cost optimization discussions with Product Team and Factory Partners throughout all phases of product creation and production, focusing
on high-volume high-impact priority models.
d. Upload FOB correctly following standard dates and gates.
e. Perform Ad-hoc reporting analytics. f. Identify costing best practices, sharing and scaling best practices across factory partners.

2. Partner Performance Management
a. Evaluate factory costing team’s quality of work and performance, provide timely coaching/correction to deliver business results.
b. Engage in factory performance evaluation activities in Monthly Meeting, Quarterly Business Review and semi-annual Capability Index summary.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
a. Work closely and proactively with Product Creation, Engineering, Tooling, and Production Planning team to align quotations with product requirements and timeline and validate cost impacts for product changes or improvements after production.
b. Work closely with factory costing team & internal costing team members to identify business process improvement opportunities and standardize work processes to drive consistency and efficiency.

Qualifications and Skill Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in management, Business, Engineering or related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of costing fundamentals is required. 3+ years’ experience working in footwear Product Costing, Product Development, Engineering or Finance is a plus.
• Fluent in English, with excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent Microsoft Office suite skills, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, numerical and reasoning abilities.
• Be comfortable in the details but can also evaluate to provide high level overviews as
needed. Able to work independently with minimal supervision
