Responsibilities
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience in recruitment
Proven track record of success in recruiting top talent Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
