*JOB OVERVIEW:

As a Consultant, your main responsibility is to handle the operating tasks at the Enterprise, S&O North Vietnam team bringing the excellent services to our value clients and associates. You will work closely with Operation Manager of Enterprise team.

*RESPONSIBILITIES

1. HR Tasks

  • Handle full process of new hires, termination, onboarding documents and reports in compliance with current regulations as

  • Gather overtime, expenses claim, payment data . . . and follow up all kinds of leaves of associates: annual leaves, unpaid leave…

  • Process monthly payroll included payroll reports to Clients, HR, Finance and Associates on time and accuracy.

  • Proactively process compulsory and private insurance reports and issues: monthly declaration, obtain new MI card, social books closure.…

  • PIT Finalization at year-end and monthly send/ ensure personal income tax data to Finance.

  • Conduct orientation training for associates as requested.

  • Legal update to associates and clients.

2. Accounting & Financial tasks

  • Processing monthly billing for charging clients and the transfer from clients.

  • Reconciliation cost including managing P&L reports to Finance tasks upon request.

3. Support in Business development

  • Manage to communicate with existing clients on requirements of new scopes included preparation of quotations, extension of service contract.

  • Support or join with manager in approaching clients.

4. Others

  • Monthly reports to internal and clients.

  • Manage admin tasks in operation of team.

*REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must have bachelor’s degree in HR or related fields.

  • 02 years of professional experience in C&B

  • Good experience in Outsourcing Service and payrolls is a plus.

  • Good understanding of local labor law and regulations.

  • Must possess effective communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Good at English

  • Can-do attitude.

  • Excellent customer service mindset.
