​​*JOB OVERVIEW:
Together with Enterprise HCM team of dedicated members, be responsible for helping company achieve hiring & temporary services goals.

*RESPONSIBILITY: 

1 .    HR Tasks

  • Manage on procedures process of new hires, termination, docs and reports in compliance with current regulations

  • Manage & follow up all kinds of leaves of associates: annual leaves, unpaid leave; other HR tasks such as: turnover report, catch up with associates in working place

  • Cooperate HR team to training associates; to process SMUI reports and issues relating to obtain new MI card, social books closure,…

  • Conduct meeting with associates to settle issues

  • Manage & improve payroll and outsourcing process

  • Legal update to associates and clients

  • Process monthly payroll included payroll reports to Clients, HR, Finance and Associates. It is included PIT Finalization at year end

  • Manage to distribute Payroll Service to clients monthly included data, timesheet, reports and reports for monthly payroll process

 

2.     Accounting & Financial tasks

  • Manage processing monthly billing for charging clients and the transfer from clients

  • Reconciliation outsourcing cost including managing P&L reports to Finance tasks

 

3.     Support in Business development

  • Manage to communicate with exist clients on requirement of new scopes included preparation of quotation; extension of service contract

  • Support or join with manager in approaching clients

 

4.     Others

  • Monthly reports to regional

  • Monthly reports to client as required

  • Manage admin tasks in operation of team

*REQUIREMENT:

  • At least 1 year of professional experience in outsourcing human resources or related services, strong C&B, especially strong payroll process

  • Must possess effective communication skill (written and verbal) and customer service skills

  • Solid on-site experience
