* JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Sourcing & Screening
Prepare content and design for job advertisements
Provide support in job posting on job-boards and social media
Source potential candidates through various channels and input into database
Conduct pre-screening interviews with candidates
Assist recruiters in making candidate reports
2. Interview Arrangement
Send interview invitations to candidates and seek their confirmation
Remind candidates about interview schedule and make proper logistic arrangements for smooth interviews
Update interview result and candidate status on candidate tracking system
3. Administration
Maintain accurate and complete records of all clients and candidates into database
Ensure continuous growth of the candidate database whilst maintaining its integrity throughout all dealings
Assist successful candidates with onboarding documents
Other tasks as assigned
* REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field required
Proactive, responsible and a “Can-do” spirit
Good English written and verbal communication skills
Experience with MS Office
Have personal laptop
