Key Responsibilities:

Admission Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive admission strategy for international students in collaboration with the Admission Director.

Partnership Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with school reps/master agent to ensure a steady flow of qualified student applicants.

Student Counseling: Provide guidance and support to students and their families throughout the admission process, from initial inquiries to enrollment, ensuring a positive experience.

Admission Process Management: Oversee the admission process, including document collection, application review, interview scheduling, and decision communication.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of admission officers, ensuring they are equipped to meet and exceed admission targets.

Compliance: Stay up-to-date with international education regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant guidelines and policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in international student admissions, preferably within the education sector.
- Strong knowledge of international education systems, admission requirements, and visa processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to travel internationally as needed.
