Objective of the Role

• Drive the development and evaluation of financial goals for the company, encompassing both Wholesale and Production operations.
• Manage Finance and Controlling functions to ensure accurate budgeting, financial analysis, and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales/Customer Services and Production teams to achieve operational and strategic goals.
• Lead annual financial planning, oversee strategic initiatives, and conduct feasibility studies for new opportunities.
• Oversee transfer pricing strategies and profitability management.
• Optimize and streamline controlling processes across Sales, Production, Investments, Fixed Cost Controlling, and Risk Management.
• Supervise and enhance risk management frameworks within the organization.
• Evaluate the financial implications of new products and regulatory developments.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA and/or CPA preferred).

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial leadership roles
