Objective of the Role:
- Drive the development and assessment of financial goals for company, covering both Wholesale and Production.
- Manage Finance and Controlling functions for company Wholesale and Market Operations (MO) to ensure precise budgeting and financial analysis.
- Collaborate with Sales/Customer Services and CKD Production teams to achieve daily operational and strategic targets.
- Lead annual financial planning, strategic initiatives, and feasibility studies for new opportunities.
- Oversee transfer pricing strategies and profitability management.
- Enhance and streamline controlling processes across Sales, CKD Production, Investments, Fixed Cost Controlling, and Risk Management.
- Supervise risk management frameworks at company.
- Evaluate financial implications of new products and regulatory developments.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA and/or CPA preferred).
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in financial leadership roles, nice to having experience automotive industry (not must)

Key Responsibilities:
Controlling:
- Develop pricing strategies for both new and existing products.
- Conduct competitor pricing analysis and ensure effective pricing governance.
- Oversee budgets for discounts, incentive programs, and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor product profitability and key performance metrics.
- Manage transfer pricing strategies and profitability documentation.
- Perform feasibility analyses for new projects and investments.
- Oversee inventory management and stock development.
- Align production with sales forecasts, reviewing product costs and local content requirements.
- Assess the financial viability of dealership expansions.
Operational Planning:
- Lead the planning process for company Wholesale and MO operations.
- Coordinate with internal departments and headquarters on planning activities.
- Set and track goals for pricing, discounts, budget allocations, G&A, marketing, investments, and staffing levels.
Strategic Planning:
- Analyze economic trends and fiscal policies for long-term business implications.
- Conduct financial evaluations and create strategic growth plans.
- Align and communicate strategic plans with stakeholders while ensuring effective implementation.
Budget Controlling:
- Develop and enforce G&A guidelines and approve annual budgets.
- Manage marketing budgets and oversee spending on projects and investments.
Management Reporting:
- Lead monthly reporting processes for company and regional
- Establish reporting structures and ensure accurate data management.
Risk Management:
- Implement risk assessment and mitigation processes.
- Collaborate with risk owners to define corrective measures and present findings to the Executive Board.
