Job Summary: The Head of Corporate Banking will be responsible for leading and restructuring the Corporate Banking team to drive growth, enhance client relationships, and optimize the bank’s corporate banking portfolio. This senior leadership role requires a strategic thinker with deep market insights, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in corporate banking.

Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the corporate banking strategy in alignment with the bank’s overall business objectives.
• Restructuring & Transformation: Lead the restructuring of the Corporate Banking team to enhance efficiency, agility, and client service excellence.
• Business Growth: Drive business development efforts to expand the corporate banking portfolio, identifying new market opportunities and strengthening existing relationships.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, ensuring tailored financial solutions that meet their business needs.
• Risk & Compliance Management: Oversee risk management strategies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Team Leadership & Development: Mentor, develop, and inspire the corporate banking team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders across risk, credit, treasury, and other business units to deliver seamless banking solutions.
